Mr. Strauss is a professional engineer registered and located in the state of Nebraska and several other states listed below. His passion for design/engineering began at an early age and continues through today. Mr. Strauss brings diverse construction and engineering experiences; farmer,

tradesman, contractor, industrial handyman, inventor, equipment developer and multi-discipline engineer. Tom has degrees in Structural & Geotechnical Engineering and Minors in Geology and Hydrology (soil).

Mr. Strauss is a Principal/Project engineer responsible for geotechnical analysis and design. He directs and coordinates field soils investigation, specifies laboratory soil tests, performs geotechnical, hydrological and structural analyses for industrial, commercial and residential facilities, earth

dams/levees and slopes, and participates in dam safety and construction inspections.

Mr. Strauss has demonstrated the ability to perform a variety of engineering discipline’s and applications, at a high level and in a wide variety of challenging conditions. Because of the wide understanding of various discipline’s a more comprehensive solution results. Mr. Strauss also understands the construction process and takes that knowledge in finding the most commonsense and economical solution to engineering issues. These abilities have proven to provide unique solutions and better ability to analyze failures forensically.
